Industrial Ultrafiltration (UF) Systems / Plants
Techno Aid Inc designs and installs membrane-based Ultrafiltration (UF) systems that effectively remove suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, colloids, and macromolecules from water without the use of chemicals. UF systems are widely used as a pre-treatment stage before Reverse Osmosis (RO) or as standalone purification units for industrial process water.
Our UF systems are designed for continuous operation with automatic backwash cycles, minimising downtime and ensuring consistent output quality. We supply UF systems in hollow-fiber and tubular configurations depending on feed water quality and flow rate requirements.

Industries & Applications
How UF Works
Ultrafiltration uses a semi-permeable hollow-fiber membrane with 0.01–0.1 micron pores. Feed water is pumped under low pressure (1–3 bar) through the membrane fibers. Water and dissolved salts pass through the membrane (permeate) while suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, and colloids are rejected and flushed away (concentrate). Periodic automatic backwash restores membrane flux, ensuring long operational life with minimal maintenance.
