Skid Mounting (Pre-Engineered Skid Units)
Techno Aid Inc fabricates pre-engineered and pre-assembled skid-mounted systems for water treatment plants, chemical dosing systems, utility systems, and process packages. Skid-mounted systems are fully assembled, piped, wired, and tested at our workshop before delivery, significantly reducing site installation time and cost.
Each skid is custom-designed with a structural MS or SS frame, complete with all equipment, piping, valves, instruments, control panel, and electrical connections. The complete unit is factory-accepted tested (FAT) and arrives on site ready for simple connection and commissioning.

Types of Skid Packages We Build
We build skid packages for a wide range of applications including water treatment plant packages (RO, UF, softener, DM), chemical dosing skids for pH correction, scale inhibitor, and anti-scalant systems, utility packages for compressed air, steam, and hot water, reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration membrane systems, effluent treatment sub-systems, and instrumentation and metering skids for flow measurement and chemical injection in industrial pipelines.
