Techno Aid Inc undertakes complete process piping fabrication and installation for industrial plants across Maharashtra. We handle general utility piping, process piping, and service lines in Stainless Steel (SS), Mild Steel (MS), and HDPE materials. Our work covers design review, material procurement, spool fabrication, field installation, pressure testing, and documentation as per project P&IDs.
All piping work is carried out by qualified and certified welders. We perform hydrostatic, pneumatic, and radiographic testing (RT) as required. Our piping team is experienced in chemical plants, water treatment plants, pharmaceutical utilities, and general industrial facilities.

Pharmaceutical Piping – PW / WFI / Clean SteamPharmaceutical Piping (PW / WFI / Clean Steam)
Techno Aid Inc specializes in high-purity hygienic SS piping systems for pharmaceutical and biotech facilities. We design and install Purified Water (PW) distribution loops, Water for Injection (WFI) systems, and Clean Steam lines compliant with FDA, GMP, ISPE, and ASME BPE standards. These systems are critical to maintaining the water quality required by pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
All pharmaceutical piping is fabricated from SS 316L seamless tubes with orbital welding to ensure consistent, fully penetrated, crevice-free welds. We provide complete IQ/OQ documentation, passivation certificates, and system validation support for regulatory submissions.

Techno Aid Inc executes structural steel fabrication for industrial platforms, mezzanine floors, pipe racks, equipment support structures, walkways, stairways, handrails, and industrial building structures. All structural work is carried out as per design drawings and IS structural standards using mild steel (MS) or stainless steel (SS) as required.
We have an in-house fabrication facility equipped with CNC flame cutting, plasma cutting, press braking, and welding stations. Our fabrication team handles high-quantity and project-specific structural requirements with precision and quality documentation.

Techno Aid Inc designs and fabricates custom storage tanks, process vessels, and chemical storage solutions in Stainless Steel (SS 304 / SS 316 / SS 316L) and Mild Steel (MS) for industrial applications. Our tanks are fabricated to client-specific capacities, dimensions, pressure ratings, and nozzle arrangements in our in-house workshop.
We manufacture open top tanks, closed top tanks, vertical and horizontal tanks, conical bottom tanks, dish-end pressure vessels, and underground tanks. All tanks are fabricated as per relevant IS / ASME standards and undergo hydrostatic testing, dimensional inspection, and surface finishing before dispatch.

Skid MountingSkid Mounting (Pre-Engineered Skid Units)
Techno Aid Inc fabricates pre-engineered and pre-assembled skid-mounted systems for water treatment plants, chemical dosing systems, utility systems, and process packages. Skid-mounted systems are fully assembled, piped, wired, and tested at our workshop before delivery, significantly reducing site installation time and cost.
Each skid is custom-designed with a structural MS or SS frame, complete with all equipment, piping, valves, instruments, control panel, and electrical connections. The complete unit is factory-accepted tested (FAT) and arrives on site ready for simple connection and commissioning.

Techno Aid Inc provides complete end-to-end plant erection and commissioning services for industrial facilities including water treatment plants, chemical plants, pharmaceutical utilities, and general process plants. Our multi-disciplinary team handles mechanical erection, utility piping, electrical, instrumentation, and automation to bring the plant to full operational status.
We work from approved engineering drawings and carry out systematic construction as per a detailed project schedule (Gantt chart). Regular progress meetings, QA/QC inspection records, and handover documentation are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. We offer both lump-sum turnkey contracts and item-rate execution models.
