All plants are designed and engineered to comply with Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) discharge norms and zero-discharge objectives.

Condensate Polishing / Boiler BlowdownCondensate Polishing Units (CPU) / Boiler Blowdown Recovery
Our Condensate Polishing Units (CPU) use deep-bed mixed resin and cation polishers to remove trace ionic contaminants, corrosion products (iron, copper), and silica from steam condensate in power plants and industrial boilers. This allows condensate to be recycled directly back to the boiler feed system, saving energy and reducing make-up water consumption.
Boiler Blowdown Recovery systems recover heat and water from continuous or intermittent blowdown streams, reducing thermal energy loss and water wastage. Techno Aid Inc provides flash vessel, heat exchanger, and filtration-based blowdown recovery skids.

Techno Aid Inc manufactures and installs Two-Bed and Multi-Bed Demineralization (DM) Plants that produce high-purity demineralized water by removing dissolved salts, minerals, and ions using strong acid cation (SAC) and strong base anion (SBA) exchange resins. DM water is essential for boilers, pharmaceuticals, power generation, and chemical process industries.
We offer both manual-regeneration and fully automated DM plants with digital conductivity monitoring. Our systems are manufactured in FRP, MS (rubber-lined), and SS vessels depending on the water chemistry and application requirements.

Mixed Bed Deionization (MBDM) systems combine cation and anion resins in a single vessel to produce ultra-pure water as the final polishing stage after a DM plant or RO system. The resulting water quality typically achieves resistivity of 1–18 MΩ·cm, essential for semiconductor fabrication, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and laboratory applications.
Techno Aid Inc supplies MBDM units in external regeneration (off-site) and in-situ regeneration formats. We also offer service-exchange (rental) models where exhausted vessels are replaced with regenerated ones, eliminating the need for on-site chemical handling.

Techno Aid Inc supplies cation resin-based water softeners that remove calcium and magnesium hardness from water through sodium ion exchange. Soft water protects boilers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, and process equipment from scale formation, increasing equipment life and reducing energy consumption.
Our softeners are available in single-vessel (manual or auto-regeneration), duplex (continuous supply), and multi-vessel configurations. Automatic systems use timer-based or volume-based regeneration with common salt (NaCl) brine.
