Project timelines depend on the complexity and capacity of the system. A small-capacity RO or softener unit may be commissioned in 2–4 weeks, while larger ETP/STP or ZLD plants typically take 6–16 weeks including civil coordination. We provide a detailed project schedule during the proposal stage so you always know what to expect.
Yes, we maintain an inventory of critical spare parts — including membranes, media, pumps, valves, and instrumentation — for plants installed by us. We also source and supply OEM-compatible spares for plants installed by other vendors. Quick turnaround on spares minimises downtime for your operations.

A Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) plant is an advanced water treatment system that recovers and reuses virtually all wastewater, leaving no liquid effluent for disposal. These systems are increasingly mandated by the CPCB and State Pollution Control Boards for industries such as textiles, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. We work with a broad range of materials including Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS 304/316/316L), HDPE, FRP, and Polypropylene. While we handle most industrial-grade materials, certain highly reactive or hazardous chemical processes may require specialised certifications or containment facilities not available at our facility.
