Please read these terms carefully before using our services or website. By engaging with Techno Aid Inc, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Important Notice

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Techno Aid Inc (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a firm registered and operating from Tathwade, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune – 411033, Maharashtra, India. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users who access our website or engage our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at technaidinc.com or by availing any of our services — including water treatment systems, industrial fabrication, piping, or annual maintenance contracts — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or engage our services.

Services Offered

Techno Aid Inc provides the following services, subject to project-specific agreements and scope of work documents:

Design, supply, and commissioning of Water Treatment Plants (ETP, STP, RO, DM, ZLD)
Industrial Fabrication — SS, MS, HDPE, and FRP structures
Pharmaceutical-grade Piping (PW & WFI systems)
Process Piping — installation and erection
Spare parts supply and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Turnkey project execution — design to commissioning

All services are governed by the specific Purchase Order, Work Order, or Contract Agreement signed between the client and Techno Aid Inc.

Quotations & Orders

All quotations issued by Techno Aid Inc are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
A quotation does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed only upon the issuance of a formal Purchase Order or Work Order accepted by both parties.
Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any changes to the scope of work after order placement may be subject to additional charges, communicated via a written amendment.

Project Execution & Timelines

Project schedules are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation and are subject to site readiness, civil work completion, and timely advance payment by the client.
Delays caused by force majeure events, client-side delays, regulatory approvals, or supply chain disruptions beyond our control shall not constitute a breach of contract on our part.
The client must ensure site access, utility connections, and necessary clearances as per the agreed schedule to avoid project delays.
Techno Aid Inc will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and work collaboratively to minimise impact.

Payment Terms

Payment milestones (advance, progressive, and final payments) are defined in each project's Work Order or Contract Agreement.
In the absence of a specific agreement, the default payment terms are: 50% advance upon order placement, 40% against delivery/installation, and 10% upon commissioning.
Delays in payment may result in a hold on project execution. Techno Aid Inc reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at the rate of 1.5% per month.
All payments should be made via cheque, NEFT/RTGS, or bank transfer to the account details specified on the invoice.

Warranty & Liability

Techno Aid Inc provides a standard warranty of 12 months from the date of commissioning on equipment and systems installed by us, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, negligence, unauthorised modifications, power surges, or failure to follow recommended O&M procedures.
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component or system, and shall not exceed the total contract value paid by the client.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our systems.
Third-party equipment or components supplied by us carry the warranty terms of the respective OEM manufacturer.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all technical documents, drawings, pricing, and project-related information shared during the course of a project as confidential. Neither party shall disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent of the other, except as required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Intellectual Property

All engineering drawings, designs, process flow diagrams, and technical documentation prepared by Techno Aid Inc remain the intellectual property of the Company unless expressly transferred in writing as part of a project agreement. The client is granted a limited licence to use such documents solely for the operation and maintenance of the installed system. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our designs without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or any contract between the parties shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

Amendments to These Terms

Techno Aid Inc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will be effective from the date of publication on this website. It is the responsibility of users and clients to periodically review this page for any changes. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
