Structural Fabrication (MS & SS)
Techno Aid Inc executes structural steel fabrication for industrial platforms, mezzanine floors, pipe racks, equipment support structures, walkways, stairways, handrails, and industrial building structures. All structural work is carried out as per design drawings and IS structural standards using mild steel (MS) or stainless steel (SS) as required.
We have an in-house fabrication facility equipped with CNC flame cutting, plasma cutting, press braking, and welding stations. Our fabrication team handles high-quantity and project-specific structural requirements with precision and quality documentation.

Surface Treatment & Coating
All structural fabrications undergo surface preparation and coating as per project specification. Standard treatment includes dry abrasive blast cleaning to Sa 2.5 (ISO 8501-1), followed by two-coat epoxy primer system with polyurethane topcoat for industrial environments. For outdoor or coastal environments, hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) to IS 2629 is available as a superior corrosion protection option. SS structures are passivated or electropolished as required.
